ARC-EX
The ARC-EX is the first FDA-approved external direct spinal cord stimulator. It has been shown in clinical trials to improve function in people with chronic, incomplete spinal cord injuries.

Lokomat
Pushing Boundaries has two Lokomats - the Nanos and the Pro - each of which allows clients who have no ability to move thier legs to be able to walk with the assistance of robotic leg braces. The settings can also be adjust to challenge and train clients with the ability to move to help prepare them for walking outside of the Lokomat by providing more or less assistance or resistance as the
C-Mill
The C-Mill is a computerized treadmill system that uses body-wieght support to enable clients to safely work on gait, balance, weight-bearing and other tasks without the risk of falling. It also is able to project images onto the treadmill belt to challenge clients to step on. over, or around obstacles for advnaced gait progression.
ArmeoPower
The ArmeoPower is an upper extremity robot that allows therapists to focus exercies on specific joints, either individually or in conjunction, while providing as much assistance or resistance as the client needs.
ArmeoSpring
The ArmeoSpring is an upper extremity functional movement assistance device that uses pulleys and weights to assist clients with reduced funtion in moving thier arm, while challenging them to improve independent movement as well.
E-Stim Bike
The E-Stim bike combines motor- asissted upper or lower extremity cycling with electrical stimulation to activate muscles. This combination allows clients to cycle using thier own muscles for increasing or maintaining muscle strength, indurance and activiation.
Amadeo
The Amadeo is a fine motor robot designed to improve hand function. It is able to assist or resist movement at each finger individually and allows for specific range of motion setting to promote maximum movement.
Galileo Tilt Tables and Vibration Plates
The Galileo Tilt Table and Vibration Plate allow us to combine the tone and spascitity reducing benefits of vibration therapy with weight bearing and functional exercises at whatever angle is appropriate for our client. It is also a critical tool in helping clients with newly aquired SCIs to regulate their blood pressure in upright positions.
Indego Exo-Skeleton
The Indego Exo-Skeleton allows people who have sustiain a lower level SCI or a stroke to ambulate over ground with the use of robotic leg braces and an assistive device.
