A Special Shout Out to a Few of Our Board Members!
We want to give a special 'Thank You!" to Board member Steve Angles, who has been our Board Secretary for the past 2 years. Steve will continue to serve on our Board of Directors as Board Member Rachel Guara takes over as Board Secretary in 2023!
And another HUGE thank you to Le Ann Yoder, as she completes her first term as Board president! We are so lucky to have Le Ann leading the way, and hope for many more years to come!

Home Programs are coming to Pushing Boundaries on February 1st! Our App-based Program
will send daily workouts, include a video library and descriptions for each exercise, allow for text and video messaging with your ETs, and more!
Home Programs are for Current Clients Only and do require monthly onsite sessions. If you are interested in learning more, email Kristen at Kristen@Pushing-Boundaries.org
End of Year Giving
We appreciate everyone's support this year!
If you still want to get a donation in by the end of 2022, our WEBSITE PORTAL is the best way to ensure that it's processed on time!
Teri is planning to come into the office during the holiday closure (around December 30th) to process any checks that have been mailed in, but given the challenges of holiday travel and winter weather in the Puget Sound, we can't guarantee that your check will be processed by the end of the year.
