Pushing Forward 2023: Thank you!!

Our annual fundraiser, Pushing Forward, took place on September 29th and was a big success! It was an evening full of generosity, delicious food and drinks, lively auctions, and heartfelt stories. Thank you to all who attended, donated, volunteered, and sponsored in support of our mission and the paralysis community. In thanks to our PB community, we are excited to announce that more than $60,000 was donated through this event! This amount reflects the dollars directly benefitting PB, after our sponsorship underwriting has been applied. This amount will help subsidize many hours of exercise therapy for PB clients.

Sponsor Highlight: Umpqua Bank

Thank you to Umpqua Bankfor joining us as our Major Sponsor for Pushing Forward 2023. We sincerely appreciate the many years of support for not only the PB mission, but our community as a whole. This Month's Featured Grant: Walking with Anthony

Walking with Anthony believes that everyone with a spinal cord injury should have equal access to life-altering medical care.

As an organization, they are committed to education and raising awareness about the challenges imposed by spinal cord injury (SCI) and the need to increase the quality of life for all who suffer from it, expanding SCI Rehab Centers to ensure all who can benefit from dedicated facilities and communities for SCI rehab have access to them, and providing financial assistance to individuals with SCI to help meet the often suffocating, even impossible demands of paying for essential treatment not covered by standard insurance.
